A refresher or introduction: following our trip to Japan, during which we researched the roots of Katsugen Undō in Seitai, we would like to share with you our deeper understanding of this work and re-boot our long-running online practice group with a mini-course.
In June/July 2024, Alexandra Gelny and Alice Whieldon ran a short, online course looking at the history and practice of Katsugen Undō and it's connection to Sei-Ki. We offer this now as recordings for 40 Euros/35 UK Pounds (or less with a discount code).
