This is an important opportunity to deepen your Sei-ki in an intensive, residential setting.
This residential workshop is about opening to the idea of moving away from attitudes of fixing others, diagnosing or imposing our will onto others. It will teach you to contact and communicate with another in a way that you and others can feel seen, heard and met, as you they/you truly are. It will provide an opportunity to come back to the fundamentals of Sei-Ki and hara, without which our sessions are ineffective. It will encourage you back to the beauty and simplicity of basics, deepening your touch and connection, whilst sharpening your ability to offer true presence, with a clarity that brings us Back to Life in fulness and authenticity.
Suitable for people of all abilities, from novices through to experienced practitioners. It is a practice that benefits our development personally and professionally, regardless of what area of work we are in. It will appeal to anyone wanting to experience true connection with themselves and others.
Alice learnt Sei-Ki from the founder, Kishi Akinobu and teaches from this lineage. She has presented workshops for over 20 years and her style of teaching is exquisite, embodying her teachings fully, which is evident in her workshops. In Alice collaborated with Kishi and wrote, Sei-Ki, Life in Resonance, The Secret Art of Shiatsu (2011). She also trains and practices Mind Clearing (the art of communication) and wrote Mind Clearing – The Key to Mindfulness Mastery (2016).
Alice brings both of these art forms to her workshops with a clarity and presence that is rarely found in the world of mind/body therapies. She spends a lot of time teaching internationally, so this is a rare opportunity to attend a UK workshop with her.
A 4 day residential, enabling us to fully immerse in the practice of Sei-Ki, with plenty of practical, hands-on experiences throughout.

£480 day resident – available to locals only.
Food will be dairy and gluten free.
